Shipping Cost
We ship nationwide from our Australian warehouse; cost is calculated per part. We deliver to your home or business address or post office box. We strongly recommend you use Trade Me’s Shopping Cart for multiple item orders. This way you’ll be assured of getting the lowest possible delivery cost, and will be able to see any delivery discounts before you pay. In the event that multiple items are ordered, these items may be delivered at separate time/days with different freight providers.
Shipping Method
Your order will be sent through Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers on business days only. All orders are fully tracked, so that you can keep up to date with the whereabouts of your order until it arrives at your door. You can view the tracking number and details in your Trade Me Purchases dashboard. The shipping providers we utilise require a signature upon delivery to ensure security and deliverability.
The delivery times provided by Performance Warehouse are estimates only. We take care to pack every item securely to so it reaches you in brand new condition however, Performance Warehouse will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

We do not offer a pickup service for products as we are based in Australia.

Standard NZ delivery is 5 to 10 business days to major cities, with additional time for regional and rural deliveries.
Restrictions
Performance Warehouse’s Trade Me store offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to international Armed Forces or Freight Forwarders.
Packages do not ship from our Distribution Centre in Melbourne on the following holidays:

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days of the above public holidays.
Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
