Returns
All your purchases are protected by the Consumers Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
All returned goods must be in original packaging and returned to us at your cost in undamaged condition.
We do not refund freight on goods returned to us unless they are proven to be faulty within 14 days of purchase.
We are happy to consider requests for refunds if the product does not suit or you made a mistake. However, we will deduct the cost of freight and non-recoverable TM fees from refunds. If you decide to change/upgrade to an alternative product we will not deduct the TM fees. If you are unsure ask us first.
