All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.
We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day after payment has been received and confirmed.
We use NZ Post for delivery. Available shipping options and costs will be shown during the purchase process.
PHONEXPERT currently offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not ship to international destinations or freight forwarding services.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the selected shipping service and circumstances outside our control.
Please allow additional delivery time during public holidays, weekends, peak periods and other periods of increased demand.
Orders are not dispatched on New Zealand public holidays. If your order is placed around a public holiday, please allow additional time for processing and delivery.
