DISPATCH THAT DAY. If your order and payment has been cleared before 2pm our aim is to have your order on its way that day from our warehouse.
DELIVERY. The usual delivery time once your order has been dispatched is overnight to most North Island non-rural addresses but can take longer to the South Island and for some rural delivery areas. Our couriers cannot leave a parcel without obtaining a signature. You can choose to have the package left without a signature however we will not be responsible for any loss or damages as a result.
TRACKING. Orders are sent via courier tracked service. All our deliveries have individual tracking numbers which is sent to you with our dispatch confirmation email.
UNAVAILABLE ITEM. In an unlikely event that your selected product becomes unavailable or goes out of stock after purchase we will contact you and offer the option of an alternative product or a full refund.
COMBINE & SAVE. Where possible we can combine items into the one package and this can result in saving you on shipping. If you have any questions send us a message so we can work out the best way to help you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Unfortunately we only offer shipping within New Zealand.
