ProductSaver Pickup is opened for our customers. Please note that we are NOT a retail store or showroom i.e products are not available on display. 
It is most preferred if there is a pre-arrangement made or to contact us before you come in and visit us, as we work our best to try to avoid any disappointment. 
You must pick up your order(s) within 7 days upon receiving our contact.

*We aim to process your order within 24-48 working hours and then we will be in touch.
*You need to bring along the proof of purchase.

We utilise the automated auction management system and Pay now. After purchasing an item, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed through the “ProductSaver Secure Checkout System”. The checkout cart compiles all your information and notifies us of your payment. We would appreciate completion of checkout within 2 business days of the end of your purchase. The following forms of payment are accepted:
  • Internet banking
  • Bank Deposit
  • Pay Now (Debit/Credit Card through Trade Me only)
  • AfterPay (Debit/Credit Card through Trade Me only)
  • Cash on Pickup
Full payment must be received within 7 days of the auction close date. Please ensure the auction number is used as a reference against the deposit. If you do not put the auction reference number against the deposit it will take longer for your items to be dispatched.
