FAQs

Q – If I buy a product and change my mind can I return it?
A – Sure -  in the case of chemicals as long as that container has not been opened and the tamper evident seal is still intact.  Just call us to get a returns form and discuss.
Q – what if the product doesn’t work?
A – all herbicides we have are tested against specification and registered with the ACVM under strict legislative controls so when used in accordance with the label instructions the products should be effective for the weeds listed on the label.  There are of course many variables including increasing resistance by some weeds to some herbicides so if you have a problem make sure you talk to us so we understand the issue and can give you good advice.
Q – I want to pay by credit card – how do I do this?
A – the easiest is to go through the TradeMe checkout and pay using TradeMe’s PayNow or Afterpay systems.  These payments are via TradeMe though so if there are payment issues you initially need to contact TradeMe to resolve.
Q – can you provide a Tax Invoice
A – Absolutely.  We are GST registered and “in-trade” so a Tax Invoice will automatically be sent with the goods.  If you want a copy electronically just ask.
