We couldn't fulfill the order since the price you paid for was way below the cost price of our supplier. Still, you're a valued customer so we asked to approve selling the unit for only the cost price which means selling it w/o any profit on our end. We also told you that we can refund the order if you don't wish to pay the diff but instead of replying to us, you sent a dispute to Trade Me.
We processed the refund since we haven't heard from you. |
