LEFT or RIGHT
To work out what side is which on your car – it's from the perspective of the driver sitting in their seat.
i.e. The driver’s side = Right; and the passenger side = Left.
 
Can I Pick-up my parts?
All our parts are located in Moorabbin Australia, so pick up is not available.
 
How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a notification and shipping email when your order has shipped. You will receive a tracking number, which you can click on to track the delivery of your order.
 
My part hasn't arrived
If your parcel is taking longer than estimated and your tracking information isn't helpful please feel free to contact us and we can get to the bottom of it for you.
 
I have a faulty part, what do I do?
No-one is happy when things don’t go to plan, but we will do our best to help fix any problems.
Send an email to nz@restocountry.com.au with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will replace your parts and shipping costs if the item was found to be faulty within 14 days of arrival date. Buyer to cover shipping costs, each way, for warranty purposes after 14 days.

Is it free shipping NZ wide including Rural?
Yes we ship for free NZ wide including rural.
 
Is this item new?
All Items are new unless otherwise stated.
 
How do I Pay?

Yes all prices are in NZ Dollars.
 
Will I have to pay import taxes or duties?
We recommend that our customers look at, www.whatsmyduty.org.nz, regarding any duties or taxes.
From 1 December 2019 our TradeMe prices will include GST as TradeMe are now required to collect GST on all international purchases by Kiwi buyers. GST will be applied to the total purchase cost, which includes both the item and shipping.
Customs will not collect duty or charge the Import Entry Transaction Fee on goods valued $1000 or less unless the goods are part of a large consignment.
Processes for collecting GST and duty on consignments valued above $1000 do not change. On purchases where the total value is over $1,000 NZD (shipping costs are excluded from this), customs may charge the buyer any applicable tariff duties, import entry transaction fees and biosecurity system entry levies at the border.  Do you carry items in stock- Yes it most cases we have the stock in store or available quickly offhand- in some cases we might sell out and do not have a chance to withdraw the auction. We will work with you to fulfil the order or offer a full refund.
