Asked seller to look into and was advised refund on way. No explanation was offered as to why goods not delivered or offer of alternatives. Refund was received. |

| | The gloves aren't wearable because sharp Velcro (hook side) cuts up my toddlers wrists. the gloves in orher bike shops have soft Velcro side (loop) against the skin. the seller has given me a return address in the UK to ship them back at my cost. this seems unfair as the product is not fit for purpose as advertised therefore I shouldn't be out of pocket on this. |

I don’t understand your feedback I simply replied to your shipping email and asked for an update - plus another via Trademe site and link - one on Sunday 22/09 and one on Tuesday 24/09 - please check your in box - I have paid for this item and not received it :-( |
