Returns may be accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection or buyer error, but must be approved by us in writing before being sent back.
As Trade Me NZ orders are shipped internationally from Australia, the buyer is responsible for all return freight and any associated costs. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in
their original packaging in resaleable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened, installed or used electrical items and Special order items are not returnable.
