CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Our Trade Me page is managed Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5pm. We will endeavour to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within the same working day. If an auction is won after 3.30pm contact and dispatch may be delayed until the following working day.
GST TAX INVOICES:
We are a GST Registered Company and a Commercial Invoice will be provided with every sale.
FEEDBACK:
Our feedback gives you good assurance about our products, and services. Thousands have purchased from us and you can learn a lot about us through their opinions. We will place a positive feedback for you once the payment is received and we will appreciate if you could do the same if you are satisfied with the product you receive.
