We ship all our goods using New Zealand Couriers and within 24 hours of purchase (working days only).
All items shipped have a track and trace number available upon request.
Delivery to rural addresses and remote areas is avaiable but customers who live in these regions must let us know and also be aware their delivery times may be longer (up to 5 working days). Also please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions.
Please let us know (residential address only) if you havent received the item within 48 hours we are happy to offer assistance and advice where possible. This makes it easier when trying to locate a missing parcel.
Pick up is available within or outside business hours including public holidays and weekends. We also can offer delivery in the Auckland region as one of our team is always out and about so prompt delivery can be arranged to you or a workshop / mechanic.
