Returns And Warranty
If you are not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you have received, please let us know by email within 7 calendar days of receipt, and return the item to Shelfman for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Returns can only be made once authorized by our Customer Service Centre. Shelfman may not always take responsibility for the cost of the return parcel/goods depending on the reason for the return, please feel free to discuss with us directly.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that have been opened and used.
All sales are covered by the consumer gaurantee act unless a longer warranty is advertised on the item purchased.
