Return/Reshipment/Refunds (3R’s)
Return: If you wish to return the product because, you no longer need them then returning cost will be your responsibility, if the item is different from the product description or is damaged during shipment process then we are happy to cover full returning fees and product full refund.
Reshipments: If the parcel got lost by the shipment company, then if the both parties agrees for reshipment then we are happy to reship them to you again without any extra cost required. Faulty products (break within guaranteed time frame)
Refunds: If you no longer need them/ Product is different from what it was advertised as to be/ Product was damaged/ Faulty products (break within guaranteed time frame)
