• We use nzpost/Aramex for all our shipments service, All the products shipping method are tracked for the buyer to keep in track of the product and for seller (astepz) to check if the product has arrived in time and have gone to the right place. (Tracking number will be emailed)
• Tracked shipping takes 1-3 Working days, Overnight shipping method takes 1 working day, and rural only shipping method takes 2-5 working days depending on your area delivery routine.
• All purchased products are packed nicely with bubble wraps, cardboard boxes.
• All Parcel are sent with Prepaid Bags form nzpost. For larger items or purchases, it will be shipped in boxes by nzpost/Aramex services.

• Oversea shipment has two shipping of 8-12 working days & 12-20 days to arrive to your address starting from the next day of ordered date. All products form oversea will state the origin of country in the product description. (note; few additional days of shipment could be applied in few occasion)
• We will organize your shipment with the manufacturer directly, will dispatch as soon as possible, your tracking number will be sent out to your email provided in Trade Me within 5 days after the ordered day.

Public Holiday
During the long public holiday hours, shipment time could take few extra days as there are high volume of shipment services to be done by the post service and lack of hands during those times. But you will be able to check your shipment using your tracking number anytime.
