Combine Shipping
We have combine shipping offer for all over products. You can add as many items as you want and select one maximum shipping and another items with combine shipping.
New Zealand Order Processing Time
All Orders will be processes same day or next business day once we receive the pament. Once we pack your order you will receive a tracking information details on your mail. You can see the update on tracking link once it will be picked up from our warehouse.
If order has been placed on week end or on public holidays it will be dispatched on next working day.
Tracking Notifications
Once your item is ready you can track the item to your door step.
Please note once we pack the item you will receive a tracking details. You can find the tracking progress after 5:00 pm once it been scanned by the shipping provider.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel the order before it has been sent out from the warehouse. Once it will be sent you can send the item back to us, once we receive it we will process a refund excluding shipping price.
We Use non-signature courier. Please contact us for signature courier.
Damaged and Missing Parcels
If you receive a damaged parcel or the tracking shows delivered while you haven't received the parcel please contact us we can send a replacement or can lodge an inquiry for you.
