| | If buying check your mattress very carefully. I had no worries about it being a display one but I did mention on pickup that it looked like it had been wet. Was told it was dust. Got it home and the underside cloth was stuck to the springs like it had been near heat.They refunded me but it was a present for my granddaughter which I had to return the following Saturday. Cost and time was on me. |

| | This mattress never been wet or damaged. We allow customer to check mattress before pick up the goods. After they pick up the mattress, back to home, then they claim mattress is wet, and mention we reheat it. How to reheat mattress to dry it without showing any water tracing mark on front foam or fabric? It is impossible. We have refunded customer in full, simply becasuse we do not want to trade with this customer any more. This mattress has been sold within 2 days after this customer returned. |
