I had to lodge a TradeMe complaint requesting a refund: only then did they put the item in an urgent over night courier. But still no email or apology or communication. SmartFox are disorganised, incompetent and don't care at all about their customers, enquiries, or actually meeting their own advertised timeframes. Buy from them at your own risk. |
