Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of the product is received. The item should be unopened, sealed and in a saleable condition. Return postage will be at customer's cost.
The following categories/products cannot be returned due to change of mind:

• Perishable Goods & Food items
• Personal Care Items
• Hosiery
• Underwear & socks
• Swimwear
• Pierced jewellery
• Mattresses, pillows, quilts, comforters & mattress and pillow protectors
• Gift cards, phone recharge or third party gift cards
• Media - Books and unsealed CDs, DVDs & Video Games
• Adult toys/sexual health products
• Assembled furniture
• Digital Goods (download codes etc.)
• Personalized/Made to order Goods
• Earphones/Headphones (if package has been opened)
• Large/Bulky Appliance
• Paper towel or toilet paper
• Tissues and serviettes
• Medicinal (pain relief)
• Cleaning (Examples: antibacterial wipes, sprays and cleaners, disposable gloves)
• Feminine hygiene and incontinence
• Baby wipes
• Hand Sanitizers
For products that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us with a description of the issue. We may require you to send through a photograph showing the issue and to post the product back to us. If we determine that the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described then we will pay for the return postage and offer to refund or replace it.
