Once we book your shipment, you will be emailed with you details so that you'll be able to see the status of your shipment by using the designated courier company’s web based tracking system.(Note: We ship to New Zealand only).

Too ensure the upmost security, deliveries are made door to door and require a signature on arrival. If no one is home during the day then we recommend using your work address to avoid having to chase up the courier. Please be aware that if you have an existing ‘authority to leave’ with a courier company we may not be able to claim for breakages.

Small Goods of Low Value
Small goods that will fit in a standard NZ Post envelope with a total sales value of less than $10 (including $2.50 postage) will be sent via standard NZ Post unless you request, prior to dispatch, a more expensive courier delivery.
