We stand by our products, so should you discover any product to be faulty within 14 days of purchasing it, we will offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund.

After 14 days, we will uphold the standard manufacturer's warranty, so if you encounter a manufacturer's fault within the warranty period you can contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

For a refund to be issued the product must be returned to us in its original condition with all packaging and manuals included. The refund will only be processed once we have received the product.
