All emails will be answered between Monday - Friday 11.30am - 4.30pm. Due to the volume of emails we receive our reply may take up to two working days. It is company policy to reply to all emails - in the event that you have not received a response within this time then please check your junk box, spam and pop-up filters.
Trade me questions and answers will be answered as quickly as possible during business hours, usually within two hours. Outside of business hours, we will still aim to reply as quickly as possible, but this may take slightly longer.
