Multi Item Purchasing & Combined Freight:
 
(Limited to purchases made all on the same day)
 
If you wish to purchase more than one item and have them combined into one shipment to save on freight charges, please follow these steps:
- Browse the items you wish to purchase using the Buy Now function, identify which one has the single highest freight charge, select this item and pay as normal via Pay Now including the freight charges.
- Select each additional item you wish to purchase, choosing “buyer to collect” as the freight option and make payment as normal via Ping. - We will combine all your purchases into one parcel and dispatch together.
- For auction items that require bidding, we will calculate the shipping total after you have completed your purchases. Contact us for a total before making payment.
- If you are unsure, please ask via the Q&A facility, before making your purchase.
 
Please Note:
 
Our system automatically combines order placed by the same person on the same day, to reduce our handling and packaging time. Please be aware, it is our policy not to refund overpaid freight charges, If you choose not to use the combine freight option, or do not ask in advance, and then ask for a refund on overpaid freight. 
 
Delivery Addresses:
 
To enable us to ensure accurate delivery to the purchaser, we will only ship to addresses received via the Trade Me address function. Please Do Not email your delivery address. Please ensure your correct address is saved in your trademe setting before completing your purchase. We cannot deliver to P O Box addresses.
 
Courier Deliveries:
 
- All goods are sent by courier with signature required delivery. We do not send by standard post. If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to accept the delivery then please have the goods addressed to your place of work, otherwise you will be expected to chase up the courier. Tracking information is available on request.
- Courier fees include quality packaging and are combinable where possible on application.
- In the event that a parcel is returned to us as “undeliverable or unclaimed” redelivery fees will apply.
- Generally goods are dispatched the same or next working day once payment has been sighted and not before, however delays can occur during our peak times e.g. Christmas.
- Occasionally we can also have delays due to stock availability. In addition to Trade Me we operate several other sales channels, which can sometimes create stock availability issues. While we aim to keep our stock as accurate as possible, errors can occur. In the event that an issue with available stock occurs with your purchase, we will contact you right away to discuss the options.
 
Exchanges and swaps:
 
In the event you wish to exchange and item for an alternate colour or size, return freight is at the buyers expense and an additional $10 processing and re-freight fee applies.
