Customer service:
Our business hours are 10:00AM – 4:00PM week days. Any emails, questions or queries will be responded as soon as possible or on the next working day. Due to the large volume of emails we receive, email response can take up to 36 hours WITHIN NORMAL WORKING HOURS. It is Company Policy to reply to ALL emails. However, if you have not received a response within 48 hours(Not Includes weekend or public holidays), please check you junk box, spam & pop-up filters.
We will contact you if any problems about your order. However, We can only send an email to your trademe membership email address. If you have not received your order upon 3 working days of payment is made. Please kindly check your email includes junk box, spam or send us an email.
Purchase
If you need to change any details for your order, such as changing the address or ordered a wrong item or any other reasons. Please contact us with your order reference within ONE HOUR after payment is made. We reserve the rights to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.
Feedback:
We recommend that Buyer leave their feedback after their items are received.
Please contact us FIRST to fix any problems or issues BEFORE placing negative feedback. Negative feedback does not solve any problem.
