An oppo cell phone was purchased from them; it was difficult if not impossible to remove the back cover, by accident a switch (probably volume)became disconnected from the plastic casing. There was no culpability on my part yet they decided to impose their own arbitrary penalty -by refusing to refund the additional $80.
Never deal with them again.

That said, it wasn't a deal breaker, and having tried the phone out, have to say it's a great device - for the price; a great value proposition. To those wishing to buy mobile from these guys, i highly recommend confirming ahead of purchase as to color, accessories, etc. I still recommend techsurgeon - but only just. |
