We are quite confident with our products, all of them are made of high quality materials as described within the context of the listing, however, if you receive any faulty ones by accident we will replace or refund upon return, if contact is made within 2 days of the products received. The customer can return any product for an exchange within 7 days of purchase. On the condition that the product is returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice.
