Stock Location and Dispatch
Our stock lives in a contract warehouse in Auckland so the standard method of getting the products to the customers is via Courier. In exceptional circumstances we can arrange for the customer to pick up the item.
We will try to dispatch all goods within one business day of the funds reaching us.
For some items we may be able to organise demonstrations but it is subject to our availability.
Shipping
We will combine shipping where possible – please contact us if this hasn’t happened.
We use Courier Post for our deliveries and most deliveries will require a signature. Delivery is (usually) overnight within Auckland, 1-2 days for North Island and 2-3 days to the South Island. Rural deliveries may sometimes take longer. We may not always be able to email a tracking number but if you need one we can easily find it for you.
We are happy to arrange shipping overseas – please enquire about rates.
