If things go wrong (and in life sometimes they do) we stand behind all our products
with a warranty. Please contact us in the first instance when you have a warranty issue.
Our Trademe feedback shows that we’ve kept about 5,000 customers happy and things haven’t worked out with a handful. We do try to keep our customers happy.
If an item is returned but is not faulty we may charge a re-stocking fee (our contract warehouse will charge us to restock the item). We may also ask you to meet the costs of couriering the goods back to you and/or a small labour fee in some instances. We will discuss this with you before arranging return of the goods back to us.
If you need to exchange an item we will endeavour to keep your costs to a minimum.
We cannot please everyone but we will always try.
