Returns

 
Should a product be faulty on arrival or not be as described, we are happy to refund the full purchase price on return of the item, provided that the items must be returned within the first 14 days of purchase.
 
Cost of the freight on returned items is the responsibility of the customer, unless product is deemed to be faulty or not as described.
 
This is of course in addition to the rights provided under New Zealand consumer law.
