Returns:

Please contact Customer Services and request a "Return Authorisation"

before you send your item back to us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.  Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of authorisation and must be in resellable condition.  Returns are shipped at the customer's risk. We cannot take responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in transit.  Accepted returns are refunded by the method in which you paid. 

Return requests are accepted within 30 days after the buyer has received their order.

For buyer-at-fault returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. When we have made a mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.

The refund will always be processed by the same method as payment was made. No replacements.
