Returns

At THS Moto we go above and beyond our obligations under the consumer guarantees act to offer 30 day returns for any product if you have changed your mind, as long as it meets the following criteria:
- The return is within 30 days of initial purchase
- All clothing and luggage must be unworn/unused and unwashed
- The item has all original tags and the packaging is undamaged in new condition
- The item has not been fitted to a bike or be in used condition
- The item does not contain electrical components which would need to be inspected
- The item is not on sale or clearance
- The item is dangerous goods
Faulty Products
Outside of the conditions above the product can only be returned if it is faulty. Please note that a product is not faulty if:
- You changed your mind about a product
- You misused or altered a product in any way that caused the problem, e.g. not following the manufacturer’s instructions for use
- You damaged the product after the sale, this is especially important for electrical items which can be damaged due to poor installation or other electrical system issues.
- You used the product in a way that a reasonable consumer would not
- You used the product so much that it is reasonable that it broke
- You broke or lost the product
Please keep in mind that many of our products are motorcycle hard parts and should be installed by a trained professional. A poor installation or using a product to diagnose a problem is not a fault of the product.
When claiming a product is faulty please provide us with as much information as possible, before returning it to us. We have the right to charge you for the inspection of product that you believe to be faulty. Inspection on electrical items can be expensive and often the fault can be caused by other electrical issues, not through a fault in the product.
We will under no circumstances accept back the following items:
- Dangerous goods items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in the return or exchange of any items. Please
note that THS MOTO is not responsible for any local taxes or currency conversion for returning
items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially
posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same
item, send us an email and send your item to: Honda Hamilton,

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift
credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be
mailed to you.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Honda Hamilton, 10-14 Willoughby
Street, WKO, Hamilton 3200, New Zealand
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may
vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
