Q: Are your products genuine?
A: Yes — 100%. We only sell genuine products sourced from manufacturers, authorised distributors, and trusted local suppliers. No counterfeits, no grey imports.
Q: Do your products come with warranty?
A: Yes. Every product carries the manufacturer's warranty stated on the listing, plus your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Pickup may be available by prior arrangement, for Auckland buyers. Please ask before bidding.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes — message us before paying with the listings you'd like combined, and we'll send an updated invoice with the discounted freight.
Q: How quickly do you dispatch?
A: Within 1 business day of payment clearing, in most cases. Orders before noon often go out the same day.
Q: What if there's a stock issue with my order?
A: Our listings link to live stock, so this is rare. In the unlikely event of an error, we'll contact you immediately with options including a refund.
Q: Do you offer GST tax invoices?
A: Yes — all prices include GST. We can email a tax invoice on request after purchase.
Q: Do you ship to PO boxes?
A: Some couriers don't deliver to PO boxes. A physical street address is strongly recommended for fastest delivery.
Q: What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?
A: Contact us straight away. We'll lodge a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, yes — contact us straight away. Once it's with the courier, the standard returns process applies.
