We ship across New Zealand using trusted courier partners. Every order is tracked, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery timeframes (from dispatch)

Auckland metro: 1-3 business days

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment clearing. Orders placed before noon on a business day often go out the same day. Weekend and public holiday orders dispatch the next business day.
Shipping costs are calculated on item size, weight, and delivery address, and shown on each listing. Combined shipping is available — message us before paying and we'll quote the discounted freight.
Rural delivery is available throughout NZ. A rural surcharge may apply depending on the item and courier. Please make sure your TradeMe address is correct, especially the rural flag — wrong addresses can cause delays and redirection charges.
Pickup may be available for larger or higher-value items by prior arrangement, for Auckland buyers. Please ask before bidding or buying.
We don't currently ship internationally. NZ addresses only, sorry.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, get in touch straight away. We'll lodge a courier claim on your behalf and sort out a replacement or refund — you won't be left chasing it.
