Please keep a close look at your email address, because we will email you if there is a problem about your order.

NO PO BOX OR PRIVATE BAG
Please note that our courier does not courier to PO BOX, Private Bags, or any Courier Post and NZ Post bags. These delivery options are exclusive for NZ Post and Courier Post. As
we ship many parcels every day, we really cannot go to Post Office for couriering every parcel. If PO BOX is your only option, please contact us and see what we can do for you.

Expected URBAN delivery time:
Auckland and Hamilton: Same day or next business day
Wellington, Tauranga, Christchurch: next business day
Northland: 1-2 business days
South Island: 1-3 business days
New Zealand RURAL area: 2-4 business days
Courier generally picks up parcels twice a day from our address, morning and earlier afternoon. Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be sent out on the same day, please place your order by PAYNOW in the earlier morning. Thank you!
COMBINED SHIPPING
Combined shipping means that you have already purchased another listed item from us with FULL courier fee paid, and you want us to combine current listing to another listing together. It doesn’t mean that you can only pay combined shipping for 2 or more items purchased under the same listing without FULL courier fee paid in another listing.
If you made such mistake, we generally will email you instantly and advise you to pay the difference between combined shipping fee and the correct courier fee (urban/rural. The difference can be found in the delivery section of the listing you purchased.
