| | Awesome Trade Me seller! Very nice item at a great price
The only downside was the shipping, which works differently from NZ Post and wasn't as transparent as I would have liked |

| | extremely disappointing service. Our chest freezer still hasn’t arrived. We contacted them repeatedly, with little or no response, and were repeatedly given promises that were not kept. We were told the driver was nearby, so we waited at home, only to be falsely told 2 hours later that we had missed the delivery. We were then told it was returned to Christchurch due to a road closure, despite us warning them about this beforehand. Completely unreliable. We would NOT recommend this company. |

| | Traded other times with trade depot without any issues, and would do it again. This time it was disappointing in that it took over a week for the goods to be delivered, although the impression given was that it was in stock in New Zealand. Won’t say negative, but also can’t say positive experience |
