| | Very disappointed with the lack of communication.
I waited 2 weeks for some sort of communication regarding this item. I ended up emailing customer support on what's happening. Turns out the item had sold out but no one contacted to let me know. Ended up being refunded as their other 2 options were to wait til who knows when for the next shipment or pay more to buy another similar item of a different colour and pay more.

| | Poor trade. They failed to notify me they were available for pickup so waited 7 days then emailed them only to discover they had been available for pickup for 5days. When I went to pick them up had to que to get served then got told they were at the warehouse so went there, another que. I was then told they were at the shop so back there, another que to sort it out. Finally got to the pickup desk yet another que. Finally got my purchase after about an hour. Poor service. |

I asked for a text the day before delivery so I could leave the garage door unlocked, but because the neighbors garage door was open, he obviously just assumed without checking it was the correct one.
