Payments


Payment instructions are automatically sent to winning bidders, containing bank account details and pickup address. We require that payment is made in full within 5 working days. Unpaid purchases may get cancelled after this period.

Payment Methods:
We aim to be as accommodating as possible to our customers and accept various payment methods:

Bank desposit:
Please follow the instructions on our payment email and remember to include the Trademe purchase reference number. If no reference number is included or incorrect paid amount, this may delay the delivery process.

Credit cards:
We accept Eftpos, Mastercard, and Visa in store. We do not process Mastercard and Visa card payments over email, phone or fax.

Cheques:
We do accept cheques as payment but please allow 3 working days for the cheques to clear before items are sent. Cheques are not acceptable for pickups.

Laybys:
Layby sales are for in-store only and is only available on purchases over $500. Purchases through layby will be subject to an agreement and cancellation fee which is variable and determined at the time of purchase.

GST:
We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.
 
IMPORTANT
We do not take any responsibility regarding sales issue (including but not limited to: Payment and/or Delivery) if we are contacted beyond 45 days from original purchase date.
