Pickup Service is now available for selected items ONLY at our Auckland Silverdale Store.
Before you come by please check the following:
1. Your item is available for pick up, by checking the listing to see if pickup is allowed
2. Order is made 1-2 business days prior to a preferred pickup date
3. If you have made payment already

Make sure your PayNow/Ping Payment is not being held for security purpose

Make sure your bank transfer fund was made 48 business hours beforehand
4. Kindly bring along your reference number, invoice number, or proof of purchase
5. NO pickup available for listings that “do not allow pickup”
6. Pickup hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ONLY (public holiday may not included)
Please do aware that we have the right to reject pickup for items that are not in the selection, or outside stated Pickup Hours

Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Except below Days: Closed
Christmas Day: Closed
Good Friday: Closed
Anzac Day: Closed
Easter Sunday: Closed
We recommend a contactless pick up, please click in the Click & Collect link at email or text message to enter your order reference number and contact phone number. Once your order is ready at loading bay, another text message will be sent with loading bay number.
*You must pick up your order(s) within 14 days of purchase, otherwise we would be putting stock back of shelf, and re-picking handling fee will be charged!
