NZ Couriers advise there are still ongoing random and unplanned delays of up to three days for parcel deliveries throughout the country. COVID, staff shortages and Logistics issues are still present.

Shipping Cost
Your shipping cost is calculated on your total basket Volumetrics and will show prior to completing the purchase.
Wellington Region maximum cost is $9 for up to 20KG of product
For the balance of the North Island our Maximum cost is $16 per 20kg or 0.02m3 of parcel volume.
For the South Island our Maximum cost is $18 per 20kg or 0.02m3 of parcel volume.
Rural delivery (RD) incurs an additional $5 charge
We have an additional charge for the Outer Islands including but not limited to, Great Barrier, Stewart Island and the Chathams.
Shipping Method
We use New Zealand Couriers to deliver orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. If possible the item will be left in a secure location at the address specified. For lobby deliveries to Apartment buildings we accept no liability for missing parcels. If you have concerns about your building choose a more secure delivery address.
Shipping Times
Most orders are dispatched within two working days. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
Standard NZ delivery is 5 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.
Restrictions
US2U’s Trade Me store offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to international Armed Forces or Freight Forwarders.
Packages do not ship from our base in Johnsonville on the following holidays:

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days of the above public holidays.
Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Wednesday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
