Fast Dispatch: Speedy handling and dispatch straight from our warehouse.
Express Delivery: Most orders are sent via NZ Post Courier’s Express Service (1-2 working days). Please allow 2-3 working days for rural areas. Vita Health relies on NZ Post's service but we ship the same day if ordered before 12noon weekdays. This means Monday shipping for all orders between 12noon Friday to 12noon Monday.
Oversized Items: Larger orders that don’t fit in standard courier bags are sent via regular post. Please allow 2–4 working days.
