Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on some products - these are all identified. We also run free shipping promotions from time to time - so watch out for these.
Shipping Method
We use Post Haste Couriers to deliver orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent.
Shipping Times
Most orders are dispatched on the next working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
Standard NZ delivery is 2 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.
Restrictions
Wine Central’s Trade Me store offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to off-shore Islands like Waiheke or Great Barrier Islands.
Packages do not ship from our Distribution Centre in Auckland on any Statutory Holiday. the following holidays:
Please allow additional delivery times of up to 4 business days, if your order is placed within two days of a Statutory Holiday.
Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
