BMW M5 ,M6 M745i M88 engine fully worked 3.65L

up for auction is a very rare thing, you dont see these come up for sale very often. its a M88/3 engine that would be fitted in a e28 M5, e24 m635csi or a e23 M745i like s38 etc 24valve, twincam, 6 throttle bodies. but this one has been fully rebuilt & improved. puts out about 320-330HP with 400Nm or torque puts out full torque at about 4200rpm to 5200rpm makes just about full power at 5200rpm and holds it all the way upto 7000rpm with room for improvements with headers and exhaust ,intake system etc has custom made CP pistons fitted 95mm with 11.5:1 compression ratio.(up from 10.5:1) block was stripped down ,cleaned, everything measured tested etc. bored out to 95mm (from 93.4mm) cranked was swapped to a 86mm stroke type one (from a 84mm) which gives you a displacement of approx 3.65L up from 3.45L all new bearings , oil pump checked ,tested etc the cylinder head and cam box where fully stripped down , everything measured , tested etc. 2 new proformance schrick camshafts fitted new proformance valve springs MLS head gasket all new cam chain, oil pump chain & all the tensioners and chain guides etc new water pump, thermostat, all new gaskets , hoses etc etc. have fitted the millar maf unit to this engine has a 4" intake setup makes a real nice engine growl like a e46 m3 CSL ecu has been remapped by gavin at hi-velocity

currently engine is fitted into my silver 1986 NZ NEW E28 M535i which i have owned for about 8 years. which i may sell as well for extra. has e34 17" M5 wheels , 16" bbs wheels with semi slicks, new tight bilstein shocks .lower stiffer springs big brakes all around , whiteline sway bars. light weight flywheel with carbon/kevlar clutch. black leather recaro's , paint is a bit thin i some places very fun car to drive, effortless power and torque. more details and photo's on request
