This is a buck mode (step down) LED driver best suited for 10W leds with a wide 12 to 85v input voltage range and typical output current 850-900mA
The inductor may be standing or lying flat depending on batch, if you care, ask first, works the same just how the manufacturer manufactured it.
The best number of LEDs is a single 10W (3x3) style LED, input 12-85v will give you about 850-900mA through it for most input voltages. You could hang a series of 2 or maybe even three 10W leds of it, but the output current tends to drop and I have not tested it for any length of time, obviously as a buck mode driver the input voltahe must be above the total forward voltage of the LEDs.
Absolute maximum input voltage is 85v DC, operation below 12v not recommended.

Input and output are solder pads, solder wires to them. Inputs are marked "V+" and "V-". Outputs are marked LED+ and LED-, these are polarised of course.
I have no idea what the driver IC is on this one, some random chinese device I suppose.
