The buyer hasn't paid me or returned my emails (change topic)

If the buyer hasn't contacted you within a reasonable length of time (we recommend five working days), first check that your spam filters aren't blocking their emails.

If you have given the buyer a reasonable amount of time to return your emails and you still haven't received a response, please contact us as we may be able to help by giving them a call directly. Be sure to let us know if you would like us to pass a contact number on for you.

If the winning bidder has backed out of the deal, you can request a refund of the success fee through our automatic process.

We record all refunds claimed against a member and people who repeatedly default on auctions will have their membership suspended. You should continue to post feedback about any members you deal with.

If you have received negative feedback from a buyer and are certain that you have taken all of the above steps to resolve the trading issues, then you are welcome to dispute the feedback with us. Please note that we are only able to take action in line with our feedback policy and Code of Conduct.
