Bought boat approx 12 months ago as a project, however decided sailings not really for me.
I put an outboard motor on it instead & used it for fishing rather than sailing. Some painting done however still a blank enough canvas to make your own mark. no seat squabs or curtains.

Professionally built in late 70's with lead ballasted semi fin keel and spade type rudder. 24 feet on deck. 25 feet overall x 7 feet 8 inch beam x 4 feet 9 inch draft. Hull,decks and cabin in GRP. Teak seats and sole in cockpit. Stainless pushpit, pulpit, staunchions and safety lines. Modern alloy mast with spreaders, boom and spinnaker pole. All sheet tracks,carriages and blocks are stainless. Some halyards need replacing.
Removed small inboard petrol vire motor however shaft & vp propeller still intact NO SAILS (have only just checked them and they weren't in great condition)

2 x anchors and 1 x chain and anchor line 2 x lifejackets. 1 x boarding ladder.
Have installed pump toilet. sink with 2 burner element Robust outboard motor bracket on stern with raise and lower. 15hp suzuki outboard motor attached

Focsle with 2 x vee berths. Saloon with 2 x berths and plenty of storage under berths.
