Getrag 260 5 speed Manual Gearbox. around 200k's done, worked very well with no leaks or any shifting troubles before my e30 got rear-ended and destroyed last year. Driveshaft, picture to come. Pedal Box Shifter Flywheel Pressure Plate Clutch, and the bearing which pushes it. Master and Slave cylinders Master to Slave hydraulic hardline The cover plate that goes between the gearbox and engine Lower plate that attatchs gearbox to sump Bolts, 97% of them, easy to find suitable replacements.

In other words, everything. A couple of bolts are stripped, could be easily replaced by seeing your local BMW dealership. 20 year old bolts are hard to un-do smoothly ha. The clutch has lots more life in it. I would recommend a new master cylinder from the dealer. It still works but the shaft from the clutch pedal doesnt stick in there, I used araldite to hold it in, seems to have come out again though. Everything is a bit dirty, but 23 years under a car will do that.
