BMW diff LSD, 8 bolt Limited Slip 3.07 ratio

BMW LSD pack from a large case 8 bolt, 3.07 ratio diff from a well maintained 1987 M535i; my own car. It is now out of the car and ready for sale. The diff has been opened by a serviceman, the internals are in great shape. The LSD diff's are sort after for models of Bimers noted below. The LSD portion is what this auction is for but if required, you can have the 3.07 gearing and large case diff housing also. LSD's help you drive out of a corner with full power down and little rear wheel slide, just have good tyres to match and your car will handle better. Please note that this dif is from the last of the E28 models so will match up with, having confirmed with a BMW parts stockest, most later built E23 (7 series, 735i.745i), E24 (6 series, M635csi & M6) and E28 535i and M5's. The LSD part can be put into diffs from: E34 models including: 535i 540i M5 and E32 (735i, 740i and 750i) models.

The diff can be an extra upgrade to just about any BMW but other than the models noted above, there would be extra mods to drive shafts and other areas. In the case of any imported BMW's, a quick check with a BMW dealer would confirm if this would fit. Check first.

I have added a few pics of the dif in the car as it was and it is now out in the shed awaiting a buyer. It came from the 535i as the pic shows. I have seen currently, some same LSD dif's as my one but with lower gearing selling for $1200.00 so please don't think that I am selling this for only just a few hundred. If lower gearing is preferred then simply get yorself a lowgeared large case dif (which are cheap from a wrecker) and transfer the LSD portion from this dif, then you have a $1000.00+ dif (depending who you buy from).
