Nissan Safari, 4.2 Patrol, TD42 / Y60, External Wastegate, Turbo & exhaust manifold kit.

This Turbo manifold has been developed by DSRTurbo. Made from high quality cast iron, nickle. This Top Mounted Manifold comes with T3 flange & is far less restrictive than the OEM TD42T Exhaust Manifold. Internal diameter is larger than OEM TD42T manifold. Giving a far better flow. Casted into the rear is an External 38mm wastegate port.

DSR430I58 Turbocharger: Is by far the best Turbocharger choice. For example, if you are to buy a common T3T4 Turbo from Ebay or Trademe the Turbo would make full boost by about 4000RPM. With this engine making maximum Torque at 2000RPM and having a rev range of 2000-4000RPM. This makes a T3T4 Turbocharger not the best choice.

DSR430 Turbocharger kit makes 10 psi at 1700 RPM & 17 PSI at 2200RPM & pulls right threw to the Red line. No longer will you be straining to keep 100km per hr up a hill.You will be now pulling hard!!

External Wastegate is the best Option. The External gate has a 38mm release valve/hole releasing excessive boost gases regulating boost accurately. The internal Turbo option has a built in 19mm Wastegate hole. This will not regulate boost any where near as well as this 38mm wastegate option.

Such things as intercooler piping & silicon joiners, we recommend you first bolt on the Turbocharger kit, then decide what piping you require.
