BMW 540iA 1993

'93 BMW 540 V8. Grey Leather interior is good condition. Mechnically sound - no apparent faults. Body condition is good, in line with its age and mileage, it has stone chips and some minor car parking dents.

Tool Kit complete, also fitted with first aid kit. Has usual 540 options like, heated mirrors, climate air conditioning, leather steering wheel, walnut trim, electric high adjustable headlights, trip computer, 5 speed automatic with sport and manual modes.

There are 3 keys for car, with 2 alarm remotes (Keys are around $50 to have cut)

At this stage there is no stereo headunit in the car, but all the rest of the standard BMW speaker system is in place.

Serviced regularly by Page European, all servicing receipts from our ownership available.

Recent work done, replaced air conditioning compressor, full engine service, replaced air intake hose for the fuel injection system.

Will register for 6 months and arrange for a new WOF once sold

Genuine reason for selling....we have gone to a later model 5 series wagon.

Known Issues....

• Paint Blemish on the roof - see photo - its been on the car since before we owned it, and it hasnt been obvious enough to do something about it.
• LHS rear door seal seems to have shrunk, and has a habit of dislodging if people rub it getting in and out.
• Drivers door seal is worn - normal, very soft rubber is used
• Number plate light out warning comes up - even though the lights are fine - again it hasnt really been that much of an issue that I thought I needed to fix it, it could be a bulb that has slightly high impedance, or the mounting clips need retensioning.
• Engine "decorative" cover has broken mounts.

Overall its a pretty tidy car
