3. Vehicles will only be released upon receiving cleared funds.
4. Vehicles to be collected within Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm - Or by prior arrangement.
5. No warranty is given as mechanical condition is unknown, Purchaser should make their own assessment of this car.
6. There is no negotiation after auction closes, contact to be made within 24 hours and pick up of goods to be made within 3 days of the auction closing.
7. Description of car is an indication only; it is the bidders responsibility to make sure they are happy with the condition of the vehicle and inspections are welcomed.
8. The new owner will be guaranteed clear title to this vehicle
9. This vehicle may be withdrawn from the auction at any time.
