Selling on behalf of the owner who is finding it a bit hard to drive after suffering a stroke and is looking to buy a small automatic.
1954 Mercedes Benz Ponton (Roundie)
Registered February 1955 in Australia, Restored in Melbourne and brought by owner to NZ in 2004. (NZer returning home)
Comes with Original Log Book and Handbook.
Well over $120k spent on the restoration.
Immaculate car that drives well.
The car has a current Reg and Wof.

As of late if the owner has to travel out of town I act as his Chauffeur and have found the car easy and fun to drive. ( Did a 140km in it last week)
The only small fault I have found is a gentle whine coming from the Diff.
